(S) (3) Slowly turn right hand downward and move hand downward to shoulder height while simultaneously bringing left upward also to shoulder height. (S) (4) Pivoting on left foot, bring right foot to left while simultaneously spinning 135 degrees to the right into feet together stance with right circular down block, followed by right low hammerfist strike. (E) (5) Step forward into left back stance with bo jam block (right hand high, left hand low). (E) (6) Slowly turn right hand downward and move hand downward to shoulder height while simultaneously bringing left upward also to shoulder height. (E) (7) Draw left foot back to right into feet together stance and load up fists on left hip. Right side kick. (E) (8) Land in horse stance with slow left sweep block to the front. (N) (9) Right mid-level punch. (N) (10) Left mid-level punch. (N) (11) Look left, switch feet into left back stance with left down block and right upper-level backfist to the rear (simultaneously). (W) (12) Look right, switch feet into right back stance with right down block and left upper-level backfist to the rear (simultaneously). (E) (13) Look 90 degrees left (back to the front). Draw left foot halfway toward right. Step forward into right back stance with knife block. (N) (14) Step forward into left back stance with knife block. (N) (15) Step forward into right back stance with knife block. (N) (16) Step backward into left back stance with knife block. (N) (17) Slide left foot over slightly into left forward stance with right upward circular block in to open left hand (move ends with right hand open face-level and left hand on right wrist). (N) (18) Pull both hands into a loaded fist position on left hip. Right (low) turning side kick to the front. Kiai!!! (N) (19) Pivoting on left foot, spin 180 degrees behind. Draw right foot back into left back stance with double inside forearm blocks. (S) (20) Slide both feet forward slightly in same stance with double uppercut punches. (S) (21) Bring right knee high to block to the front, land in right horse stance with double outside forearm blocks. (S) (22) Look left. Left front punch to your left. (N) (23) Step forward into right forward stance with right mid-level front punch. (N) (24) Pivoting on left foot, raise right knee high to block and spin 180 degrees behind, land in right horse stance with double outside forearm blocks. (S) (25) Double handed punch to your right. (S) (26) Pivoting on right foot, raise left knee high to block, land in left horse stance with double outside forearm blocks. (S) (27) Double handed punch to your left. (S) (30) Look over left shoulder, draw left foot to the right. Step out at a 45 degree angle to your left into left cat stance while simultaneously performing a left handed shoulder throw. (NW) (31) Look 90 degrees to the right. Cross left foot over right in that same direction and then step forward with right into right cat stance while simultaneously performing a right handed shoulder throw. (NE) (32) Draw right foot back to left and shift 45 degrees back to the front into feet together stance with both hands open (pointing downward), left on top of right at groin level. (N) Yame.
